Product Overview
The CGS Tool CR2067.060-S is, kind of a 1" diameter 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, made for high-performance machining , especially aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, plus plastics and composite materials too. And, as part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it’s meant to bring serious cutting efficiency, better edge endurance, and a steady surface finish quality for those demanding CNC milling jobs.
Built from premium solid carbide, the CR2067.060-S has CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry, which is there to help with chip removal, lower cutting forces, and enable faster feed rates when you push it. The .060" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge, so you get less chipping and longer tool life, but still keep tight dimensional accuracy. It also has an extended 2-1/2" length of cut, with a 5" overall length giving you good reach for deep pocketing, contouring, and slotting tasks.
