The CGS Tool CR2067.125 is this 1" diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, sort of made for high-performance machining on aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and even composite materials. As part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it keeps showing up with exceptional cutting efficiency, better edge staying power, and steady surface finish quality, especially when you’re doing demanding CNC milling stuff.
Made from premium solid carbide, the CR2067.125 has CGS Tool’s original 55° high helix geometry, tuned to help with chip evacuation, lower cutting forces, and handle more aggressive feed rates too. The .125" corner radius, in a way it strengthens the cutting edge, which helps limit chipping and stretches tool life while still keeping the dimensional accuracy where it should be. It also gives you an extended 2-1/2" length of cut, plus a 5" overall length, so you get solid reach for deep pocketing, profiling, and slotting operations, without feeling short. And since it’s uncoated, the setup is optimized for clean, efficient machining of aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.
