The CGS Tool CR2069.060, is a 1" diameter 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, built for high performance machining in aluminum, other non ferrous metals, plastics and also composite materials. As part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it kind of pushes strong cutting efficiency, boosts edge durability, and keeps the surface finish feeling consistent, even on tough CNC milling work
Made from premium solid carbide, the CR2069.060 comes with CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry. That angle is there to help maximize chip evacuation, lower cutting forces and let you run aggressive feed rates. The .060" corner radius kinda backs up the cutting edge so chipping is minimized, tool life tends to last longer, and dimensional accuracy stays precise. Plus the extended 4" length of cut, and 7" overall length, gives solid reach for deep cavity machining long reach profiling and heavy stock removal stuff.
