The CGS Tool CR2069.125 is a 1" diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, made for high speed machining of aluminum, non ferrous metals, plastics and composite materials. As part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious it tends to deliver strong material removal rates, chip evacuation, and dependable operation for those tough CNC milling jobs.
Built from premium solid carbide, the CR2069.125 also uses CGS Tool’s original 55° high helix geometry , this is meant to push chip flow along, lower cutting forces and help with more aggressive feed rates. The .125" corner radius gives more cutting edge toughness, which helps reduce chipping, and it can stretch tool life while still keeping a nice surface finish. Then you get the extended 4" length of cut, and a 7" overall length, so it reaches far enough for deep cavity work, long reach profiling and heavier stock removal tasks. Because it’s uncoated, the cutting action stays crisp and it’s especially fit for aluminum and other non ferrous materials, when coating buildup is kinda unwanted.
