Product Overview

The CGS Tool CR2069.125-S is a 1" diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, made for high performance machining of aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composite materials. It’s as part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious kind of lineup, meant to push maximum material removal rates, keep chips behaving better, and keep machining more dependable even when the CNC milling work gets demanding.
Built from premium solid carbide, the CR2069.125-S uses CGS Tool’s original 55° high helix geometry, that helps with efficient chip evacuation, lowers cutting forces, and supports more aggressive feed rates. The .125" corner radius (that little detail) strengthens the cutting edge too, which helps reduce chipping, and it also stretches tool life while still keeping a clean surface finish. It also has an extended 4" length of cut, plus a 7" overall length, for strong reach in deep cavity machining, long reach profiling, and heavy stock removal jobs where space matters.
