The CGS Tool M142-010-BN-ALTiN is a 1mm diameter 4-flute solid carbide ball end mill made for the of miniature metric work where a slip of a few microns actually matters. It sits in the 142 Series, giving shops a precision metric ball nose for small features, tight 3D contours, and blending work that a bigger cutter simply can't get into.
Where this tool earns its keep is the .5mm radius ball nose combined with a 30° helix, all backed by an ALTiN coating.
