The CGS Tool MX 140 -1250 is curated for high performance machining used for cutting hardened steels, stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, inconel, hastelloy and exotic alloys. This tool has a diameter of ⅛ diameter, and 4 flute solid carbide square end mill. This tool is a part of VMAX MX series. These tools provide a good stability, smooth finish and longer life in a demanding CNC milling environment.
This tool has advantages like new age variable helix geometry and offset index technology that lowers the vibrations and harmonics when the cutting of materials is in the process. It also increases the feed rate and overall performance of the machine. It has an nACRo coating which is a premium coating that protects the cutting tool from wear and heat resistance.
