Product Overview
The CGS Tool MX 140 - 3750 is a ⅜ diameter and has a 4-flute solid carbide square end mill made for high-performance machining in hardened steels, cast iron, stainless steels, titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy and other exotic alloy types. It is part of the VMAX MX Series; this tool is build to offer unique cutting stability, seamless surface finishes and longer tool life in tough CNC milling work.
The MX 140 -3750 brings modern variable helix geometry and offset index technology that aids lower chatter plus harmonics during machining so that feed rates and overall machining performance can can elevate. It’s premium nACRo coating provides outstanding heat reistance and wear protection, helping manage edge sharpness when cutting conditions turn aggressive.
