Product Overview
The CGS Tool 142-2031 is a 13/64" diameter 4-flute solid carbide ball end mill built for small profile and contour work where a compact radius does more accurate work than a larger cutter could. Its .1015" radius handles curved details and pocket blending without over-committing to a broader cutting form.
With single-end construction and a 30° helix, this 142 Series cutter comes off as dependable for general use, ball-end work basically. The uncoated carbide body then also does well across mild steels , stainless, cast iron, titanium, and non-ferrous metals. It even handles plastics and composites, of smoothly, when you need it.
