Product Overview
Larger ball end finishing stuff is basically covered by the CGS Tool 142-5625, it’s a 9/16" diameter 4 flute cutter from the single end 142 Series. This one is made for accurate curved surfaces where mold detail and radius work show up pretty often, like, you know. The ball nose keeps the curved cutting clean, while the 4-flute layout adds steadiness during finishing, and also profiling. It’s uncoated carbide, for mild steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non ferrous materials, plastics, and composites.
