ALTiN coating adds a bit of extra protection for this small cutter against heat and wear, so it can work more confidently in tough conditions than a plain carbide equivalent. With a 30° helix and single end design, the 240-1250-ALTiN takes care of mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, non ferrous metals, plastics, and composites; no special setup is needed.
