Product Overview
The CGS Tool 820-2500-ALTiN is a 1/4" diameter 2-flute solid carbide square end mill from the 820 Series, sized for longer-reach general-purpose cutting where a shorter cutter can't reach the slot or profile cleanly. Its 1-1/2" length of cut gives it that extra distance.
Built on the same precision CNC equipment as CGS Tool's other general-purpose lines, it holds a 30° helix and an ALTiN coating matched to add heat and wear protection for tougher cutting conditions. Rated across mild steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composites, it's useful across common CNC materials.
