Product Overview
The CGS Tool 822-7500-ALTiN is a 3/4" diameter 2-flute solid carbide ball end mill from the 822 Series, sized for deep profile and contour work where reach matters as much as ball end geometry. Its 3" length of cut and 6" overall length give it the distance to work deeper pockets and longer side profiles.
Built on the same precision CNC equipment as CGS Tool's other general-purpose lines, it holds a 30° helix and a .375" radius matched to its diameter, with an ALTiN coating that protects the edge as heat builds in tougher or longer cuts. Rated across mild steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composites, it's a strong fit for curved surface work.
