Product Overview
The CGS Tool 840-1875-ALTiN is a 3/16" diameter 4-flute solid carbide square end mill built for long-reach general-purpose work. With a 1-1/8" length of cut and 3" overall length, it's set up for deeper small slots, longer profiles, and side wall features a shorter tool couldn't handle.
The ALTiN coating helps the edge hold up to heat and wear on more demanding jobs, and the 30° helix keeps the cut consistent from the top of the flute to the bottom. It's a dependable 840 Series pick across mild steel, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous stock, plastics, and composites.
