The CGS Tool 842-7500-ALTiN is a 3/4" diameter 4-flute solid carbide ball end mill from the 842 Series, sized for long-reach profile and contour milling with a 3" length of cut and 6" overall length. It's built for deeper pockets and taller profile work.
Built on the same precision CNC equipment as CGS Tool's other general-purpose lines, it holds a 30° helix and a .375" radius matched to its diameter, with an ALTiN coating that protects the edge as heat builds during tougher milling. Rated across mild steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composites, it delivers smooth rounded surfaces at real depth.
