The CGS Tool CR123-3750.015-ALTiN is like a 3/8" diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, built for general purpose work where a small corner radius gives you more edge strength, but it doesn't really change the overall footprint the way a square end tool might. The .015" radius helps shield the cutting edge while still keeping finished corners pretty clean
On top of that, the ALTiN coating adds heat and wear resistance when conditions get tougher. With a 1" length of cut, a 2-1/2" overall length, and a 30° helix angle, this CR123 Series cutter turns out handy for slotting, profiling, shoulder work, and sidewall milling across mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, nonferrous metals, plastics, and composites.
