A slightly more robust cutting edge, without any extra coating fee, that is the CR143-5000.020 for a 1/2" diameter. It is a 4-flute corner radius end mill with a .020" radius ,so you get less sharp-corner fatigue, yet the edges stay neat, clean and accurate on the workpiece.
Using a 30° helix plus an uncoated solid carbide build, this CR143 Series tool feels pretty consistent when you are cutting typical CNC materials.
