The CGS Tool HV140-1252 has a 1/8” diameter 4-flute, solid carbide square end mill engineered for high performance cutting in steels and a lot of alloys. It’s made to work as part of the Hi-Velocity (HV) Series, so it brings that kind of strength, speed and precision, whether you are doing roughing or going for the final finishing pass.
Built from premium micro-grain carbide, HV140-1252 includes a variable helix and a variable index layout plus an ALTiN coating, for serious heat resistance and longer tool life even when you run high RPM. The free-cutting design helps with better surface results and chip evacuation, it also cuts down vibration and wear, so machinists can push feeds and speeds farther, without losing accuracy.
