HV140-3751 | 3/8" 4-Flute Square End Mill | Hi-Velocity Series
The HV140-3751 from CGS Tool is a 3/8" solid carbide end mill, 4-flute, square end profile. Built for steel, stainless, and hardened alloy work , roughing and finishing both.
Micro-grain carbide stock is used throughout. The flutes carry a variable helix and variable index grind, which breaks up harmonic vibration and keeps the cut stable at high RPM. ALTiN coating goes on top of that , it handles oxidation and thermal buildup well, so the edge holds longer on harder materials.
At 1" LOC and 4" OAL, the tool covers slotting, profiling, and finishing without a swap. Chip flow stays clean through the geometry.
