The CGS Tool MX263-2500.015 is sort of a 1/4” diameter, 6-flute solid-carbide corner radius end mill, made for high performance machining stuff where you’re dealing with hardened steels, stainless steels cast iron, titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy,and other unusual alloys. Being part of the VMAX MX263 Series, it gives pretty solid machining stability, nicer surface finishes, and longer tool life even when the CNC milling gets really demanding.
The MX263-2500.015 also uses an advanced variable helix plus variable pitch geometry, to cut down chatter and those cutting harmonics so things run calmer, and you often get better material removal efficiency. The premium nACRo coating (high performance for sure) brings strong heat resistance and wear guard, while the .015” corner radius helps boost edge robustness and endurance, so the tool keeps performing more reliably in heavy duty milling jobs.
