The CGS Tool 2502-S is in 1/8” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide square end mill. It is made for maximum material removal and, also, that surface precision you want in aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. Coming from the ferocious series , it’s built for machinists who demand high performance at extreme feed rates, no hesitation.
Made with premium sub-micro grain carbide, the 2502-S has a 55° high helix too, which helps with chip evacuation , lowers cutting forces, and keeps the surface finishes looking right. With polished cutting edges and a free-cutting geometry , it helps minimize built-up edges, while still holding up an exceptional tool life, even when you run it hard on high-speed CNC setups.
