Product Overview
Radius milling with cutting life on both ends is the appeal of the CGS Tool 422-2500, a 1/4" diameter 2-flute ball end mill from the 422 Series built for contouring and smooth blended surfaces.
The ball nose shapes rounded details cleanly, and 2-flute geometry gives good chip space during the cut. This uncoated carbide with that double end construction makes it a workable, practical pick across mild steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, and nonferrous bits too, plus plastics and composites.
