Product Overview
The CGS Tool 440-1250-ALTiN is basically a 1/8" diameter 4 fluted solid carbide square end mill, but it has a double end setup. It’s made for those small milling jobs where having two cutting edges coming from one tool actually matters, It's set up for clean, flat-bottom cutting in tight features.
The ALTiN coating adds heat and wear resistance for tougher, longer-running jobs, and with a compact 3/16" length of cut and 30° helix, it's a practical option for small slots, profiles, plunge cuts, and side wall work. Runs well across mild steel, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous stock, plastics, and composites.
