Product Overview

The CGS Tool 442-2188-ALTiN is a 7/32" diameter 2-flute solid carbide ball end mill from the 442 Series, built with a double-end design so small contour cuts get extra value from a single tool. It's useful for rounded pockets and profile work where two usable ends matter.
Built on the same precision CNC equipment as CGS Tool's other general-purpose lines, it holds a 30° helix and a .1094" radius matched to its diameter, with an ALTiN coating that adds protection against heat and wear. Rated across mild steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composites, it produces smooth rounded finishes.
