The CGS Tool 840-1250 is, a 1/8" diameter 4-flute solid carbide square end mill , made for long reach machining; it’s handy for deeper small slots and those compact shapes where a standard-length tool just won’t make it.
It has a 1" length of cut and a 3" overall length, so this 840 Series cutter gives you more reach while still keeping the square-end cutting fairly controlled. The 30° helix, plus the uncoated carbide body works well for everyday CNC milling through mild steels, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, nonferrous metals, plastics, and composites.
