The CGS Tool 842-2500-ALTiN is a 1/4" diameter 4-flute solid carbide ball end mill from the 842 Series, sized for profile milling and deep pocket applications where a small cutter needs extra reach. Its longer 1-1/2" length of cut is what sets it apart from a standard-depth version.
Built on the same precision CNC equipment as CGS Tool's other general-purpose lines, it holds a 30° helix and a .125" radius matched to its diameter, with an ALTiN coating that adds heat and wear resistance in longer cuts.
