The CGS Tool 842-3750-ALTiN is a 3/8" diameter 4-flute solid carbide ball end mill built for long-reach profile and contour work. With a 2" length of cut and 4" overall length, it's set up for deeper pockets, extended profiles, and curved side wall features that a shorter tool couldn't get into.
The ALTiN coating helps protect the edge from heat and wear on the tougher, longer-reach jobs, and the .1875" radius with 30° helix gives a smooth, rounded cutting form. It's a solid choice across mild steel, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous stock, plastics, and composites.
