The CGS Tool CR123-5000.060-ALTiN is of a 1/2" diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, made for more general-purpose milling and stuff like that. It has a .060" corner radius that really helps strengthen the cutting edge, yet still keeps the machined corners nice and consistent.
Then the ALTiN coating gives extra heat and wear resistance when the cutting gets rougher. With a 1" length of cut, 3" overall length, and a 30° helix angle, this CR123 Series cutter can be handy for slotting, profiling, shoulder work, and side wall milling. It works across mild steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composites too.
