Product Overview

The CGS Tool CR2060.090-S is a 3/4” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill. It's kind of aimed at high-speed machining , aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composite materials too. And it’s part of the CR2000 Series, the “Ferocious” lineup, so you get impressive cutting performance, better edge durability, and a really clean surface finish in those tough CNC milling setups, you know when it has to hold together.
Made from premium solid carbide, the CR2060.090-S includes CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry, which helps with rapid chip evacuation, lowers cutting forces, and also supports more aggressive feed rates. Then the .090" corner radius works like a bit of extra reinforcement for the cutting edge, so it helps reduce chipping and extends tool life while still keeping strong dimensional accuracy. Plus the extended 2-1/2" length of cut gives you more reach for deeper machining tasks. Lastly the ZrN coating adds wear resistance , cuts down built-up edge formation, and generally boosts machining performance in aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.
