The CGS Tool HV143-1250 has a 1/8” diameter, 4-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, it’s built for high performance machining in steels and other alloys. It comes from the Hi-Velocity (HV) Series and it’s meant to give you that sort of unmatched strength, pace, and precision for both cutting down material fast and doing the final finishing pass too.
Made from premium micro-grain carbide, the HV143-1250 includes a variable helix and variable index geometry, plus an ALTiN coating. That combo helps with heat control, and generally boosts tool life when you’re running at high RPM. The design is free-cutting, so surface quality tends to come out better, and chips get cleared out more easily too, it also helps reduce chatter, vibration, and wear, so machinists can raise feeds and speeds further without losing accuracy.
