The CGS Tool HV243-7500 has a 3/4" diameter 4-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, made for high performance cuts in steels and different alloys. It’s built as part of the Hi-Velocity (HV) Series, and it aims to give that stronger feel, faster cutting, plus solid precision, whether you’re doing roughing or finishing, you know.
Made from premium micro-grain carbide, the HV243-7500 has a variable helix plus a variable index geometry with an ALTiN coating too, so it handles heat way better and lasts longer especially when you’re running high RPM. The free-cutting style helps with surface finishes, chip evacuation, and it also keeps vibration and wear down a bit, so machinists can push feeds and speeds further, without losing accuracy or control.
