The CGS Tool HVM143-040 has a 4mm diameter, 4 flute, solid carbide corner radius end mill made for serious high performance machining, especially in steels and other alloys. It is part of the Hi-Velocity (HV) Series, and it gives you solid strength, faster machining, and pretty tight precision for both roughing as well as finishing work.
Built using premium micro grain carbide, the HVM143-040 comes with a variable helix plus variable index geometry, and it wears an ALTiN coating for strong heat resistance and longer tool life, even when the RPM is high. The free cutting style helps with surface finishing, and also with chip evacuation, while keeping vibration and wear down.
