Product Overview
The CGS Tool HVM143-100 has a 10 mm diameter 4-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill made for high-performance cutting in steels and other alloys. It’s part of the Hi-Velocity (HV) Series, and it kind of brings that extra strength, faster metal removal, and sharp accuracy for both roughing and finish work.
Built from premium micro grain carbide, the HVM143-100 has a variable helix plus a variable index layout, and there’s an ALTiN coating on it too. That combo helps with heat resistance and gives you better tool life, especially at higher RPM. There is also a free-cutting style here, which helps with surface quality and chip evacuation, while also reducing chatter, vibration, and wear , so you can push feed speeds a little more without losing accuracy or control.
