The CGS Tool HVM143-050 has a 5mm diameter, 4-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, made for heavy duty high-performance machining when you’re working in steels and other alloys. It comes from the Hi-Velocity (HV) Series, and yeah it’s built to give you that solid strength plus speed, along with precision, for roughing as well as finishing, depending on what you need that day.
It’s manufactured from a premium micro-grain carbide blend. On top of that the HVM143-050 has a variable helix, and a variable index geometry too, then there’s the ALTiN coating , so it can handle heat better and stay alive longer when the RPM is high.
