The CGS Tool M2118-UC is, a 10mm diameter, 2-flute solid carbide square end mill made for faster machining on aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics and also composite materials. In the 2000 Series Ferocious lineup, it’s built to give good chip evacuation, solid high material removal rates, and dependable machining results for tough CNC milling work, you know the kind that feels unforgiving.
Made from quality solid carbide, the M2118-UC includes CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix shape, created to help channel the chips better, lower cutting forces, and handle pretty aggressive feed rates. With the square end design it delivers clean, sharp edges and it works great for slotting, pocketing, profiling, contouring and finishing, all of that. The 25mm length of cut along with the 63mm overall length brings a mix of reach, stiffness, and cutting stability for many different machining tasks. It comes uncoated, so it’s tuned for aluminum and other non-ferrous materials, pushing efficient chip outflow and clean cutting performance, without worrying about coating buildup or that annoying accumulation.
