Product Overview
The CGS Tool M2234-UC is a 12mm dia meter, 2-flute solid carbide square end mill, made for high speed machining in aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composite materials. It comes in the 2000 Series Ferocious line, so you can expect really solid chip evacuation, strong material removal rates, and steady machining results, even when the CNC milling job gets a bit more demanding.
Built from premium solid carbide, the M2234-UC has CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix style, and that helps maximise chip flow and lowers cutting forces. In the real world, it tends to support more aggressive feed rates, too. The square-end design gives clean, accurate cuts so it fits slotting, pocketing, profiling, contouring, and finishing – sort of all those common milling tasks. Plus, the extended 75mm length of cut, with the 125mm overall length, gives great reach for deep cavity machining, long reach milling, and those complex part shapes where rigidity matters. The uncoated version is tuned for aluminum and other non-ferrous materials, helping keep the cutting action clean while chip evacuation stays efficient during high-speed operations.
