The CGS Tool MX260-1250 is a 1/8” diameter, 6-flute solid-carbide square end mill for high-performance machining, kinda targeting hardened steels and stainless steels too, plus cast iron, titanium Inconel, Hastelloy and other weird exotic alloys. As part of the VMAX MX260 Series , this cutter brings real machining stability, a nicer surface finish, and longer service life when you’re running tough CNC milling jobs.
The MX260-1250 also leans on advanced variable helix and variable pitch geometry which helps reduce chatter, and those cutting harmonics, for a more even run and better material removal. You also get that premium nACRo high-performance coating, so heat resistance and wear protection stay strong. And the 6-flute layout supports higher feed rates so, in high-speed milling, you can push productivity.
