The CGS Tool MX260-7500 is kind of a 3/4” diameter, 6-flute solid-carbide square end mill, made for high-performance machining stuff especially when you’re dealing with hardened steels, stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, and a bunch of other more exotic alloys. Since it sits in the VMAX MX260 Series, it tends to give real good machining stability, nicer surface finishes, and longer tool life even when your CNC milling jobs get demanding.
Now, the MX260-7500 has an advanced variable helix plus variable pitch geometry which helps reduce chatter and those cutting harmonics, so you get smoother running overall, and better material removal efficiency too. The premium nACRo high-performance coating brings strong heat resistance and dependable wear protection, while the 6-flute design also supports higher feed rates and better productivity in high-speed milling.
