The CGS Tool MX260-5000 is, kinda a 1/2” diameter 6-flute solid-carbide square end mill meant for high-performance machining work, especially when you are dealing with hardened steels, stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, and other, more rare or exotic alloys. As part of the VMAX MX260 Series it brings strong machining stability, better surface finish results and long tool life too, even when the CNC milling operations get really demanding.
On the MX260-5000 you get advanced variable helix and variable pitch geometry, and that helps reduce chatter as well as those cutting harmonics for a steadier kind of run. There’s also the premium nACRo high-performance coating, which gives strong heat resistance plus solid wear protection.
