Product Overview
The CGS Tool MX740-7500 is, kind of a 3/4” diameter 4-flute solid-carbide square end mill meant for high-performance machining, especially when you’re dealing with hardened steels , stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy and other odd-ball exotic alloys. In the VMAX MX740 Series, it’s built to keep machining steady, help with nicer surface finishes , and stretch tool life even when the CNC milling work gets really demanding.
On the MX740-7500 you also get the advanced variable helix plus variable pitch shape, that helps limit chatter and those cutting harmonics that usually show up mid-job, so the passes feel smoother and the material removal ends up more efficient. The premium nACRo high-performance coating adds strong heat resistance and wear protection while the 4-flute square end design supports aggressive milling, and still keeps chip evacuation reliable during high-speed machining.
