The CGS Tool 2033 has a 1/2” diameter 2-flute solid carbide square end mill meant for maximum material removal and surface precision in aluminum, non ferrous metals, and plastics. It’s from the ferocious series, it’s built for machinists who want serious performance, even when they push it at extreme feed rates.
Made from premium sub micro grain carbide, the 2033 comes with a 55° high helix for better chip evacuation, less cutting force, and that nice clean surface finish. The polished cutting edges plus a free-cutting geometry help cut down built-up edges, while keeping tool life exceptional too, especially in high speed CNC work.
