Product Overview
The CGS Tool 2066-S has a 1” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide square end mill. It is made for max material removal plus that really clean surface precision, especially in aluminum non-ferrous metals and plastics. It’s from the ferocious series, so it’s aimed at machinists who want top tier performance even when running at extreme feed rates, and yeah it has to keep up.
Built using premium sub-micro grain carbide, the 2066-S comes with a 55° high helix. That means better chip evacuation, less cutting strain, and a smooth finished result that stays consistent. The polished cutting edges, together with a free-cutting style geometry, help to cut down on built-up edges without sacrificing tool longevity, even when you’re doing high speed CNC work.
