Tough conditions at a smaller diameter still call for the same rugged geometry, and the 3003-ALTiN provides it at 3/16". This 3-flute square end mill comes from the Storm 3000 Series, built for applications where a small cutter still needs to handle stronger chip loads and demanding production conditions.
The Storm design uses a 60° high helix, heavy core, and eccentric relief to keep the tool stable under pressure. Finished with ALTiN coating, the 3003-ALTiN is a strong choice for steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, alloys, Inconel, and select non-ferrous materials.
