Product Overview
The CGS Tool 5369-S is this 1" diameter 3-flute solid carbide square end mill, from the Ferocious 3x 5300 Series and it’s sized up for bigger non-ferrous work , where both fast stock removal and the finish quality a need to stay steady thru an extended cut. The ZrN coating helps keep the cut cleaner, especially for aluminum work.
It uses a variable helix , variable pitch, and a wiper end geometry to knock down chatter plus harmonics a bit, and with a 4" length of cut and a 7" overall length, this cutter gives real reach for larger non-ferrous applications in aluminum copper brass non-ferrous metals plastics and composites.
