The CGS Tool 8004-ALTiN is a 1/4" diameter 4-flute solid carbide ball end mill from the 8000 Profile Series, sized for clean profile work and deep pocket milling where a smooth radius is needed instead of a sharp square edge. It's built for shops running mixed contour applications.
Built on the same precision CNC equipment as CGS Tool's other general-purpose lines, it holds a 30° helix and a .125" radius matched to its diameter, with an ALTiN coating that gives it better preparation against heat and wear than a bright uncoated cutter.
