Product Overview

The CGS Tool CR2067.015-S is a 1" diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill made for really high-performance machining on aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and even composite materials. In the CR2000 Series Ferocious lineup, this tool gives you top tier cutting efficiency, solid edge durability, plus a pretty steady surface finish, even when the CNC milling job gets intense.
Built out of premium solid carbide, the CR2067.015-S comes with CGS Tool’s original 55° high helix geometry, made to help chip removal, lower cutting forces, and actually encourage aggressive feed rates. The .015" corner radius keeps the edge more reinforced, so it can reduce chipping and help you get longer tool life, while still keeping tight dimensional accuracy too. You also get an extended 4" length of cut and 7" overall length, which is pretty ideal for deep cavity work, long-reach profiling, and heavy stock removal tasks, where stability matters. The ZrN coating boosts wear resistance , cuts down built-up edges, and supports strong machining results in aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.
