The CGS Tool HV140-7500 has a 3/4” diameter, 4-flute, solid carbide square end mill, made for high performance machining in steels and alloys. It’s designed as part of the Hi-Velocity, HV Series, so you get unmatched strength, velocity, and accuracy for roughing jobs and finishing work too, even when conditions get tough.
Built from premium micro-grain carbide, the HV140-7500 has a variable helix plus a variable index geometry, and it also comes with an ALTiN coating for strong heat resistance and longer tool life when running at high RPM. The free-cutting design helps with surface finish quality, and chip removal, while also reducing chatter, and wear. This means you can push the feeds and speeds farther, without losing accuracy.
