The CGS Tool HV142-7502 has a 3/4" diameter, 4-flute, solid carbide ball end mill made for high performance machining in steels and various alloys. It’s built inside the Hi-Velocity (HV) Series, so it gives you this not-so-easy-to-match strength, speed,and pinpoint accuracy whether you’re doing roughing or you need a clean finishing pass.
Made using premium micro-grain carbide, the HV142-7502 has a variable helix plus a variable index geometry, paired with an ALTiN coating for serious heat resistance and longer tool life when you run higher RPM. The free cutting layout helps with better surface finishes and chip evacuation, it also helps damp vibration and wear ,so machinists can stretch feeds and speeds more than before without losing accuracy.
