Product Overview
The CGS Tool HV143-7500 has a 3/4" diameter 4-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill made for high-performance machining in steels and in various alloys. It’s part of the Hi-Velocity (HV) Series and it brings that strong, fast, pretty exact cutting action for both roughing and finishing, in a way that feels a bit unmatched.
Built out of premium micro-grain carbide, the HV143-7500 has a variable helix plus a variable index setup, and then there is that ALTiN coating which helps with heat resistance and longer tool life when you run it at high RPM. The free-cutting concept also helps with surface quality and chip evacuation, at the same time it helps reduce vibration and wear, so machinists can push feeds and speeds even further without losing accuracy.
