The CGS Tool HVM143-120 has a 12mm diameter, 4-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, made for high-performance cutting in steels and alloys. It’s part of the Hi-Velocity (HV) Series, and it’s built to bring strength, speed, and precision for both roughing and then finishing too, all in one go.
It’s manufactured from premium micro-grain carbide, and the HVM143-120 has that variable helix, plus a variable index setup, also with an ALTiN coating. This combo helps a lot with heat resistance and tool life, especially when you run it at high RPM. The “free cutting” style kind of improves the surface finish and helps with chip clearing, while also keeping vibration down and reducing wear. That way, machinists can push the feeds and speeds even harder, without losing accuracy.
